What Benefits can be Expected?
Clients often notice an immediate shift towards a more positive, uplifted mood; better quality of sleep and regulated sleep pattern; less aches and pains; a feeling of being able to cope with life's challenges better and the removal of waste and toxins to name but a few!

Will it be Ticklish?
I have not come across anyone yet who has found reflexology ticklish, honestly! It is a different, firmer pressure that is deeply relaxing.

Does Reflexology Have to be Done on the Feet?
No, I also offer Facial Reflexology. Certain pressure points on the hands may also be shown to clients so that they can work these areas themselves, in between treatments.

What are the benefits of Facial Reflexology?
The face's close proximity to the brain and cranial nerves especially make Facial Reflexology very powerful in impacting and balancing the body systems. It improves circulation and nerve conduction, encouraging the release of toxins from the body via the lymphatic system. It has a deeply relaxing impact on the body and gives a more radiant, glowing complexion to the skin.

Is Reflexology Safe During Pregnancy?
Yes! Infact, many pregnant women find it a great stress relief and beneficial for back ache, heartburn and fluid retention around feet and ankles. It is also calming for your baby! Clients report that taking the time, to look after themselves through reflexology, during pregnancy, helps them deal more positively with giving birth. I have attended CPD training at The London School of Reflexology, under Louise Keet, for using Reflexology to aid Preconception, Pregnancy Care and Post Natal Care. So be reassured that you are in safe hands!

Do You Treat Children and Teenagers?
Yes. Reflexology has many benefits for children and teenagers, particularly in helping with anxiety, lowering stress levels, balancing hormones to help with acne and helping to promote a better sleep pattern. I have worked with teenagers and young adults, suffering with exam stress and coping with living away from home at university. Parents are welcome to sit with their child during the treatment and teenagers are encouraged to bring their own music to listen to during the session. Please feel free to contact me in advance if you wish to discuss anything privately in advance of your child's treatment.
